Having plans already complete, Mathew sought to get quotes from a builder. After speaking with the design team, he was notified that there were issues with his plans, the design from the previous architect was none compliant with council requirements, and this is why he was unable to obtain a planning permit. Our design team was able to make the necessary changes and obtain a planning permit. The design team then helped client through liaising with all the necessary consultants, engineer, energy rater, building surveyor etc. to obtain building permit and begin the construction process.

Double Storey Rear Unit (Design only)
“I engaged Michael to subdivide my property in Broadmeadows. He took complete end to end ownership of the town planning process, liaising with all the relevant parties while at the same time keeping me fully informed throughout. Michael successfully influenced the Hume city council to agree to a spacious four bedroom unit when all other draftsmen I engaged prior said that the council wouldn’t consider it. Being proactive and having an intimate understanding of property valuations, Michael, on his own volition, convinced the council to add a balcony which will give residence a view of the parkland and lake behind the property. This has increased the value of the property more than I anticipated.
